David Ives is a playwright, screenwriter, and novelist, perhaps best known for his comic one-act plays. His narrative nonfiction includes Monsieur Eek, Scrib (both HarperCollins), and Voss: How I Come to America and Am Hero, Mostly (G.P. Putnam’s Sons).
