Michael Palmer is the author of The Promises of Glass and Codes Appearing: Poems 1979–1988 (both New Directions). His contribution to a multiple collaboration with the painter Gerhard Richter was published by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art as Richter 858.

Alexei Parshchikov (1954-2009) was a Russian poet, critic, and translator, regarded as the major figure of the Metametaphorism movement. In the last two decades, his works have been translated into fifteen languages. His publications in English include Blue Vitriol (Avec Books).
